The house is a germanic/medieval style with some modern bits in it.
Built in 1.20.1 version of the game and using a diffrent texture pack this time.
It's an improved vanilla and there are a few small changes here and there from pure vanilla so for the best look, use the texture pack linked below.
But should also look good without it, you'll just have to change a block or two.
