Fetzi's Asian Decoration

A totally decorative mod that adds a lot of Asia-related decorative content to Minecraft. Building blocks, new lanterns, poufs and ottomans, and even Koi fish for better meditation – you’ll find all of these right here.

Mud Brick Blocks

From now on, you can repaint the mud bricks made according to the family recipe using all the dyes available in the game.

In total, you’ll get 16 new colored blocks of mud bricks, which you can use to craft steps, half-blocks, and fences.

Roofs

You can use mud bricks and oak planks to craft over 10 different types of roofs: from simple tile lifts to steep roofs, elegant tops and pointed corners.

You can also use dyes to repaint the roofs any of the available 16 colors, just like the blocks.

Lanterns

You can also use all types of dyes to craft 16 types of paper lanterns. You can make them in two sizes, place them both on the floor and on the ceiling, and use them as a decoration for your Asian building.

Stone can be used to craft small ritual pagodas with a candle, which are also available in two sizes and can be placed in any convenient location.

Doors and Fences

A rather large set of Asian-style doors and fences will appear in the game. You can craft them from wood – which will make classic Asian-style fences, or from paper panels.

Windows and doors made from paper panels are something really unique. First, they have a composite crafting recipe – you’ll have to craft quite a lot of these panels first, and only then you can proceed to crafting windows and doors.

And these paper doors and windows are unique, since they move sideways instead of opening like ordinary doors. It also applies to windows.

Poufs

The mod creators suggest using small poufs, large poufs, and poufs with high backs as furniture. You can really sit on them, for example, in a boat.

You’ll need three or five threads and a wool block to craft a pouf. From this material, you can make two large or small poufs per craft. To make a pouf with a wooden back, you’ll need to add two wood half-blocks to a small pouf.

Koi Pond

The mod adds one cute little mob, which is actually a symbol of Asia – a Koi carp. You can collect them in a bucket, release them in a pond, or admire them in your own pond at your base after decorating the pond with a new plant – a lily.
