Review [Let's Do] Furniture

Lots of Decorative Furniture in Minecraft

The vanilla version of Minecraft doesn’t offer a wide selection of furniture, and that’s a big problem for players. Even if you’ve built a beautiful house, furnishing the interior is difficult, and you have to improvise using different elements to create tables, chairs, and cabinets — though almost all of these items end up being just decoration with no functionality. Mod developers are trying to expand this theme and create quality mods that allow players to integrate a wide range of beautiful and functional furniture into the game world with just a few clicks. And if you’ve been wanting to install something like that, you should take a look at the mod we’ll talk about next.

The [Let's Do] Furniture modification adds a large selection of decorative and functional furniture in various textures and colors. Sofas, tables and chairs, lamps, aquariums, and many other small decorative elements become available after installing this mod. The developer has carefully crafted all items so that they fit perfectly into the overall style of the game and match different biomes and builds. This is one of the best decorative mods for the game — constantly expanding, quickly updated for new Minecraft versions, and offering a wide selection of furniture. You can see on the screenshots what items will be available in your world.

This mod adds a lot of different furniture, and for the vanilla version of the game, it looks very high-quality and unique. There are multiple design variations, so players can find suitable pieces for any style — whether it’s a modern house, a medieval castle, or a big city with many rooms. We’ve covered most of the items added by this mod, but it’s better to try it yourself than to just look at reviews.

Sofas and Ottomans

The largest and most spacious item in this set is the sofa. It comes in different colors, crafted with the same dyes you’re used to in the vanilla version of Minecraft. They stand out visually — place one in a room, and it will immediately draw attention. Bright textures are used for each color, yet they still maintain a sense of balanced contrast. Each sofa also has patterns, so you’re not just looking at a flat color but a full texture.

Each sofa can have a different shape. By default, it’s a single piece of furniture, but you can place another one next to it to extend it. This system allows you to create any kind of soft corner using different colors. The mechanic automatically connects the sofa structure and adds backs to the edge blocks. However, if you place two sofas of different colors next to each other, they will remain separate pieces, so keep that in mind. The recipe is cheap — just 5 blocks of wool and a few sticks.

Ottomans are another interesting item in this mod, structurally similar to slabs. You can sit on them, and they can be placed both on the ground and attached to walls. Since the player can sit on them, these furniture options open up many new decoration possibilities, allowing you to place items in various spots and create sets for shooting colorful videos. Just look at the screenshots to see how convenient and stylish they are in Minecraft. Crafted from three blocks of wool, this recipe is very cheap — even at the start of the game!

Lamps

The mod also adds another light source that not only prevents mob spawning but also fits perfectly into any interior — modern or medieval. The light spreads evenly, making any room well-lit at night. The lamp textures look bright and unusual. To craft one, you’ll need 5 blocks of wool and a few sticks, and each recipe gives you two lamps at once — a big plus for players!

Chairs

Chairs come in different colors — mainly determined by the type of material used. Functionally, they’re all the same: just right-click to sit. They’re often used alongside other furniture, like tables or cabinets. The player can even sit on one while performing other actions, like fishing. Convenient, isn’t it?

Cabinets

The cabinet is another important piece of furniture in this set — it can store various resources, blocks, artifacts, weapons, and more. Imagine how convenient it is to have a nice cabinet next to your bed, where you can keep all your essential items, tools for trips, or valuable materials. The recipe is inexpensive, requiring only a crafted chest.

Different Types of Clocks

To complement the interior, you can use different clocks — both wall-mounted and large standing ones. They all show the same time and fit perfectly into any style. They look well-made and are crafted from different types of wood. The developer even added functionality — by right-clicking the item, you can set the exact time. As a result, you’ll have real working clocks in Minecraft showing the time you’ve set. Cool feature, isn’t it?

Aquariums and Small Interior Items

The [Let's Do] Furniture mod doesn’t just add furniture to Minecraft. It also includes many small decorative items to diversify interiors — like gramophones, telescopes on tripods, and aquariums. You can interact with most of them, opening new gameplay possibilities. Aquariums, for example, come filled with water but can’t hold fish. Players get a wide variety of decorative items to personalize their interiors, and some of them are even functional.

We haven’t listed all the items added by this mod, but we’ve covered most of them. Beautiful looks, highly detailed textures, great functionality, and a large color selection — everything here is excellent. This is one of the best mods for adding furniture to Minecraft. If you haven’t yet tried the [Let's Do] Furniture add-on, be sure to do so. Look at the screenshots to see how many new objects and items become available after installing it. The developer constantly adds new content and actively updates the mod for the latest game versions. In the comments, you can share which furniture you liked the most and why!
