Macaw's Lights and Lamps: bring more light to Minecraft. Or, more precisely, not the light itself but various lamps, lanterns, and other light sources. All the lamps are functional, work without fail, look amazing, and nicely complement vanilla survival, especially given that Minecraft features only three lamp types by default. Of course, we should not take into account the froglights and lightstone dust, as they are, first of all, blocks.

The modder has thoughtfully divided the light sources into overhead, wall-mounted, and floor. That is quite convenient because, firstly, this really adds variety to the game, and, secondly, you will now be able to install a full-fledged lantern on a wall, not just boring torches, which is very realistic.

The floor lighting consists of as many as sixteen types of lamps, several ground torches, two variants of a street lamp, and a lava lamp. It goes without saying that you will be able to craft all this in survival mode from the ordinary blocks.

The ceiling lighting is ensured by sixteen types of chandeliers — they are as many as the in-game dyes.

Two types of wall lamps, a torch on a special holder, and a set of eye-pleasing lanterns with different textures are responsible for wall lighting.

Moreover, six light sources can be installed either on the floor, wall, or ceiling.

Besides, the designer has provided players with the possibility of crafting slabs from the redstone lantern, glowstone, shroomlight, and sea lantern. This saves blocks and allows you to create quite creative light sculptures.
